Drugs Can Trigger Sex Woes

Many commonly prescribed drugs can interfere with sexual function, but these negative side effects are rarely publicized. What’s more, most reports in the medical literature focus on men, although women are more likely than men to be prescribed tranquilizers, antidepressants and appetite suppressants – all potentially troublesome.

Here’s a sampler of prescription medications that can affect your love life. Be aware that these drugs often impede sexual function in only a small number of patients, however and that problems related to drugs may not appear immediately.
