Hilsa Moti Pullao

 

Ingredients

 

Smashed ginger - 1 tea spoon 

Smashed garlic - 1 tea spoon 

Smashed green chili - 1 table spoon 

Salt - according to need

Lemon juice - 2 table spoon

Hot  spices powder - 1/2 tea spoon

Cumin seed  powder - 1 tea spoon 

Corn flower - 5 table spoon and 

Egg - 1. 

 

Bashmoti or Pullao chal - 1/2 kg 

Suger - 1 tablespoon

Green chili - 10 -12 pieces

Casino leaf - 5 pieces

Clove - 5 pieces 

Cinnamon - 5 pieces

Small cardamom - 5 pieces

Onion slices - 1 cup  

Mawa - 3 tablespoon

Ghee - 1/2 cup. 

 

                      

Preparation

 

The fish has to be slightly boiled with  lemon juice and salt.  Then the  spike of the fish must have to be picking out. Mixed all the spices, cornflower, egg with the fish. Make some Kopta (fish ball) with the  fish and  fry them into  oil.

 

Now Put 2 kg water in the pan with salt, casino leaf, clove and cardamom. Boiled  rice for half an hour. Then exude the remaining water from the pan. 

 

Final Set for the  Moti pullao 

 

At first put some  boiled rice in the pan. Then put some  kopta  which you have already made and  some fried onion and mawa mixed on rice. Then  repeat the same process for the second time. And at last put the ghee and  some green chilies and mawa at the third  stage. Your preparation has been finished . Now you will put the pan in minimum heat for  half an hour. 

 

After half an hour are you not getting the exciting smell ?
