1 lemon; 1 onion; 1 tomato; 1 egg; 500g very finely minced meat; 1 teaspoon coriander; 1.5 teaspoon coriander; 1.5 chili; 1.5-teaspoon garam masala; 1-teaspoon salt; 4.5g ghee;
Slice lemon in rounds, removing pips. Slice onion in rings and separate them. Scald, skin and slice tomato. Mix the egg and mince well in a bowl. Add the spices and salt. Apply some grease to fingers and skewers evenly. Brush well with cooking fat and grill gently under low grill in greased grilling pan. Turn skewers often so that the meat is browned evenly all over. When kebabs are ready slide them gently off skewers so that they
do not break. Serve at once in a hot dish as a starter or a main course with the lemon slices, onion rings and tomato slices arranged around them.
