Ramadan   Special

 

 

Ginger Juice

Necessary Ingredients:

Ginger 100 gm

Green chili 3 pieces

Mustard powder 1 tea spoon 

Boiled water 3 liters 

Bit salt 1 tea spoon  

Preparing:

Slice the ginger and boil them in 1 liter of water for 5 minutes. Put other ingredients in a plastic jar and add the ginger water to it. Keep it in the jar for 3 days. After 3 days it will be prepared for serving.

 

Piaju

Necessary Ingredients:

Potato slices 1 cup 

Egg 1 piece 

Bason 1 cup 

Onion slices half cup  

Salt 1 tea spoon  

Sliced green chili 3 pieces 

Cooking Process:
Mix all the items in a bowl. Put some oil in the fry-pan. Put 1-tablespoon mixture in the pan when the oil is hot. Bake them until they become red in color. You can also add other vegetables slices with it  like carrot, broccoli etc.

Firni

 

Necessary Arrangement : 

Rice { Govindo   vog or  lobango latika) 50 gm  

Milk 1.5 liter  

Sugar  1 cup  

Zafran half tea spoon 

kawra water half tea spoon

Rose water  one tea spoon  

Amond nuts 5 pieces   

Tobok(as you wish)

 

Cooking  Process

Put the  rice in the water for four hours. After that smash it. Slice the nuts as keen  as you can. Put the milk in the burner. When it is condensed, put one cup of rice powder in it. Before putting the rice powder in the milk, mix some water with it.  You have to mix it until the color is slight deep. Then mix the sugar and the sliced nuts with it. After that put it in a bowl . It is better to put it in a freeze after the decoration. You can put some Tobok to decorate it.
