Dear Sir,

I whole heartedly welcome your move. Here are some ideas about your proposed party:

The party should from day one announce a set of values/principles and always try to follow those basic values. (our current parties suffer from lack of values). These values should be the ones which are supported by common people of Bangladesh, including people from villages.

The party should have various types of membership. While activists can be from any corner of the country with any background they have to prove themselves through a series of tests that they have organisational and leadership capacity to work as an elected person.

Educational background and Tax return submission have to be must for people who will join this party. People who were convicted criminals in the past must never be allowed. Anybody have police case against them will be suspended to be party activist till the case is complete. Similarly, if someone is not submitting a tax return and does not complete all Tax formalities will remain ceased till get clearance from NBR.

Educated people/professionals would be invited as volunteer to work for the party during the election time. People who are successfull in their career or Non resident Bangladeshis might be given chance to contribute to his country by working for this party for five years

The party will be funded by its supporters and activists. It will have complete transparancy about its funds. Full time activists will be paid by the party just like a commercial venture. Party might take commercial initiates or even float shares in the market.

The party should develop a "balanced scorecard" of its activities and will maintain a complete transparancy about it. First announce party target for short (a quarter), medium and long term and then each month publish which are the job done within target date and which are not and reason for failure. This will ensure that this party is transparant about its activities.
