Dhaka (UNB) – Day’s trading at Dhaka Stock Exchange closed higher yesterday (Tuesday) with the gainers outnumbering the losers.
All Share Price Index at the country’s main bourse gained 2.16 points or 0.38 percent to close at 563.20 points from Monday’s 561.04 points.
Of the 184 listed securities traded today, 86 advanced, 83 declined and 15 remained unchanged.
Some 4,348,046 shares and debentures valued at Tk 18.41 crore changed hands as against 2,938,288 shares worth Tk 11.19 crore on the previous trading day.
Market capitalization stood at Tk 53.32 billion as against Monday’s Tk 53.12 billion.
