Dhaka--(UNB)– Trading at Dhaka stock Exchange finished higher yesterday (Wednesday) as the turnover in terms of volume and value increased.

The DSE All Share Price Index gained 2.38 points or 0.37 percent to close at 640.54 points from Tuesday’s 638.16 points.

Of the 139 listed securities traded yesterday, 66 gained, 58 declined and 15 remained unchanged.

Some 1,871,335 shares and debentures worth Tk 15.75 crore were transacted yesterday as against 1,777,992 shares and debentures valued at Tk 11.53 crore on the previous trading day.

Market capitalisation stood at Tk 61.05 billion from Tk 60.83 billion on Tuesday.
