Description:

Life’s colors not just Black and White

Black and White represent two colors to most of us. But logically, they also represent true or false, right or wrong and accept or reject. In reality, between pure white and black there are unlimited levels of gray. It is up to us, as individuals, whether we see as white or black.
What happens when we measure relationships or behavior with black-and-white logic? You are not happy with your wife’s lifestyle, or your kid’s behavior or your friend’s habits. We are the ones who decide what is black and what is white. What are things that we accept, and what are the things we do not accept? Most of the time, we make little things big or marginalize important issues.
Every time we face a problem or bad news, we have to think, evaluate and then decide. And when it comes to the decision, it is not just a matter of black and white-accepting or rejecting. There is also the option of change.
You can try to change the person in front of you, or you can change your self. Usually, we can change ourselves. We can change the way we deal with life.
If you think you can’t change, then accept that fact and take the bad with the good.
But finally, if you decide to make the problem a big issue and decide to reject that person or behavior, then think about what that decision will cost you.
Think about the situation a day, a month or a year later. Will it really matter? Will it be a major concern or one more irrelevant detail in you life?
Life is not perfect, and people who are searching for perfection in others are selfish because they themselves are not perfect. Like life, what you are wearing may have a black spot. You have to decide whether to make it a small or big one. In the end, you will have the dirty or the clean cloths.
