NEW DELHI (AP) - Japanese Prime Minister Yoshiro Mori is staying in the same suite at the Maurya Sheraton Hotel that housed President Bill Clinton in March, but it has been redecorated with bonsai trees and Japanese art, a news agency reported Wednesday.

The hotel staff trained for a month to handle the first visit by a Japanese prime minister in 10 years, the United News of India reported.

Mori and scores of officials and journalists are staying at the hotel through Friday.

UNI reported that the hotel had created a Zen garden on the terrace of the Chandragupta suite where Mori is staying. The hotel lobby decor depicts the seasons of Japan, with bonsai trees and art objects, UNI said.
