Natore--(UNB) – Three community clinics and a primary school are being constructed in Boraigram upazila in the district at a cost of Tk 12 lakh.

Health and Local Government and Engineering Departments are implementing construction work of the clinics at Bagdob, Rolva and Jalska areas while the primary at Nishchintapur area.

State Minister for Fisheries and Livestock Prof Abdul Quddus formally inaugurated the works on Saturday.

The state minister said present government of Sheikh Hasina in pledge-bound to reach basic healthcare facilities to the doorsteps of the common people.

He said the government has taken up a programme to build a community clinic for each 6,000 people across the country.
