Barguna-- (UNB) – Healthcare services in Amtali Upazila Health Complex are seriously being hampered as a transformer on its premises remained out of order for the last one week.

Sources said the transformer could not be repaired as PDB and Palli Bidyut Samity landed in a conflict over the responsibility of repairing the transformer that went off on Nov 30.

Although Palli Bidyut Samity supplies power to the hospital, PDB installed the transformer. When the transformer went out of order, the Samity declined to repair it.
