Dhaka (UNB)- The Muslim Institute and BRTC SC won their respective matches in the Metropolis National Bank First Division Football League here yesterday (Wednesday). The Institute team beat Mirpur Chalantika SC by 2-0 goals at the Bangabandhu National Stadium after leading the first half 1-0. Delwar netted the first goal in the early fourth minute while Alim scored in the 69th minute. BRTC Sporting Club defeated Wari Club by 3-1 goals at the Mirpur Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium after leading the first half 2-1. Siraj put BRTC ahead in the 22nd minute and Alamgir doubled the margin a minute later. Pintu reduced the margin just two minutes ahead of the lemon break whistle. Babu netted the lone goal for Wari Club few minutes before the long whistle.
