Dhaka (UNB) – Yordan Ivanov Stoykov of Bulgaria was yesterday (Wednesday) appointed new footbal coach of Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Protisthan (BKSP).

Stoykov, appointed for a one-year-contract, will train the junior football team of the BKSP and if needed, extend his services to the national team.

He will get US$35,000 per month for his new assignment with the BKSP.

The 50-year-old coach earlier trained age group teams in Tanzania, Libya, Iran and Maldives, as well as a provincial team of China.
