Dhaka (UNB) – Bangladesh will receive 30.19 million Danish Kroner equivalent to about Tk 21 crore as grant from Denmark under two separate agreements signed here yesterday (Thursday).

Under one agreement, Denmark will provide some Tk 13 crore for Soil Resources Management and Analytical Services, Component, Consolidation Project of the Ministry of Agriculture.

The remaining amount of about Tk 8 crore will be provided under another agreement for the Policy and Planning Support Unit of the same ministry, said a press release yesterday.

Economic Relations Division Secretary Dr AKM Masihur Rahman and Ambassador of the Royal Danish Embassy Finn Thilsted signed the agreements on behalf of their respective governments.
