Dhaka--(UNB)– Trading at Dhaka stock Exchange finished higher for the third straight day yesterday (Tuesday) as the gainers heavily dominated the losers.

The DSE All Share Price Index gained 7.57 points or 1.19 percent to close at 638.16 points from Monday’s 630.59 points.

Of the 143 listed securities traded yesterday, 110 gained, 22 declined and 11 remained unchanged.

Some 1,777,992 shares and debentures worth Tk 11.53 crore were transacted yesterday as against 618,811 shares valued at Tk 7.39 crore on the previous trading day.

Market capitalisation stood at Tk 60.83 billion from Tk 60.11 billion on Monday.
