Chittagong-- (UNB) – Trading at Chittagong Stock Exchange finished slightly higher yesterday (Thursday) although the losers outnumbered the gainers.

The CSE All Share Price Index gained only 0.01 points to close at 1379.8896 points from Thursday’s 1379.8837 points.

Of the 57 listed securities traded yesterday, 15 gained, 33 declined and nine remained unchanged.

Some 433,284 shares and debentures valued at Tk 4 crore were transacted as against 328,085 shares worth Tk 3.91 crore on the previous trading day.

Quasem Drycells (146,050), Niloy Cement Industry (74,800) and AIMS First Guaranteed (62,500) were among the volume leaders.

Market capitalisation stood at Tk 56.59 billion from Tk 56.61 billion on Thursday.
