Dhaka-- (UNB) – Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI) has awarded its best officer, staff and associate employees the ‘Presidential Award-2000’ for their outstanding performances in the chamber activities during the year 2000.

The awards were given at a simple ceremony at the DCCI auditorium here yesterday, said a press release.

Of the awardees, Ferdous Ara Begum, joint secretary (Research and Publication) has been adjudged as best officer, Kazi Mozahidul, junior assistant of the accounts section, as best staff and Abdus Samad as best employee, and Hafizuddin Hawladar as best employee (special).
