Dhaka-- (UNB) - Trading at the Dhaka Stock Exchange finished lower yesterday (Monday) with the losers heavily dominating the gainers. The DSE All Share Price Index shed 6.21 points or 0.95 percent to close at 645.47 points from Saturday's 651.68 points. Of the 154 listed securities traded yesterday, 109 declined, 36 advanced and nine remained unchanged. Some 2,621,719 shares and debentures valued at TK 17.78 crore were transacted as against 2,416,538 shares worth at Tk 16.62 crore on Saturday. Sino Bangla (368,500), AIMS First Mutual Fund (232,500), Beximco Pharma (208,350), Paragon (150,250), Bionic Food (125,500) and Miracle Industry (116,000) were among the volume leaders. Market capitalisation stood at 61.26 billion from Saturday's Tk 61.86 billion. |
