Dhaka (UNB) – The Price Index at the Dhaka Stock Exchange upgraded today as the gainers dominated the losers.

The DSE all Share Price Index gained by 2.18 points or 0.35 percent to close at 651.99 points from Saturday’s 649.73 points.

Of the 158 listed securities traded today, 77 gained, 52 declined and 29 remained unchanged.

Some 2,546,523 shares and debentures valued at Tk 18.13 crore were transacted as against 3,556,163 shares worth at Tk 21.11 crore on the previous day.

Market capitalization stood at Tk 61.88 billion as against 61.66 billion on Saturday.
