Dhaka-- (UNB)- The Cabinet yesterday approved the Conditions of Services Act 2000 for the workers of state-owned commodity- producing industries.

An official announcement said the approval was given in the weekly meeting of the Council of Ministers held at PM office with Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in the chair.

Ministers and State Ministers in charge of different ministries attended the meeting. Concerned secretaries were present.
