Faridpur, Feb 3 (UNB) – Some 14 activists of Islami Chhatra Shibir were injured when Chhatra League activists attacked their rally on the Rajendra College campus here today.
Campus sources said the Shibir rally organised to protest scarcity of school textbooks was attacked at about 10:30am. The Shibir activists were forced to leave the campus after the attack.
However, to avoid police arrest, none of the wounded went to hospital for treatment, the sources added.
