Comilla, Aug 5 (UNB) - Dengue fever has been spreading in the district creating panic among the people.

 

Doctors have so far detected three dengue patients in the district.

 

They are identified as MA Momin Milon, a 3rd year student of Dhaka City Dental College, hailed from Chowddagram, Chamela of Chowddagram and Mobarak Hossain of Chandina upazilas.

 

Assistant Registrar of Comilla Medical College Hospital Dr Azizur Rahman Siddiqui said Milon attacked by dengue haemorrhagic fever was admitted to the hospital on Wednesday.

 

Earlier, Mobarak was admitted to the same hospital with dengue fever on Monday and Chamela to Moon Hospital here on Tuesday.

 

Another report from Gopalganj adds: Three people were attacked by dengue fever in the district.

 

Local doctors said Moni (19) and Tutul (26), sons of Santosh Kumar Saha, of Swarnapatti area in the town and Mehedi of Fakirkandi village in Haridaspur union were undergoing treatment at local clinics with dengue virus.
