Oct 2 (UNB) – District Administration has announced the names of
best educational institutions, best head of the institutions and best
teachers in Barura and Brahmanpara upazilas on the occasion of
Education Week, 2001.
Borura
Shaheed Smrity Government College was adjudged as the best college.
AHM Saiful Islam Principal of Rehena Vocational and Commerce College
and assistant professor of Borura Shaheed Smrity Government College
Abdul Mannan became best college level head of the institution and
teacher respectively in Barura upazila.
In
school level Galimpur TC High Shool and Government Pilot Girls High
School were adjudged as best schools. Headmaster of Dimdul Ideal High
School Mohammad Aiyub Ali and teacher of Kadbatla village TC Laha High
School Dijendra Lal Dutta were selected as best head of the
institution and best teacher respectively.
Olitola
Senior Madrasah was selected as best institution while Syed Ahmed
Khandaker as best head of the institution and Abu Sayed Mohammad Noman
of Sunnia Alia Madrasah as best teacher.
In
Brahmanpara, Nagaish Bangabandhu College was selected as best college
and Bhagoban Government High School as best school and Balina Islamia
Madrasah as best madrasah.
